Perhaps you would have been happier going from Toronto to London, and writing TV there, where you would have all the time in the world to write a season of 6 shows. Much shorter seasons, of course, but much more individual in terms of voice and sensibility. (Today's US cable channel shows are somewhat similar.)Wendy M.
