Not only was I the distaff member of the studio publicity team that worked on "Family Man," but my husband just happens to be one of the best cardiac surgeons in the country. From the looks of it, you've been seeing perhaps the surgeons with the highest self-regard..not necessarily the most qualified/talented. Ask them what their mortality rates are, then have them sign and notarize their answers... I am sure y...Earl, we're all wishing you well. I am sure you'll be fine. You've got the most expensive health system in the world working for you. ;-) I can't help but relate my experience with a heart doctor (You'd do a much better job of telling it). First I had a pain "in my chestal area" (a la Woody Allen). I went to the ER in our local hospital and they immediately put this 60 year old overweight guy on a stretcher, oxygen tubes, IV, heart monitor, more wires and tubes out of me than were used in the Manhattan project. My wife was horrified with fear. They made an immediate appointment to have me tested in their new, ultra-modern Heart Clinic. Dr. H, a recent arrival from Israel, did the assessment. Three hours of imaging, ecg's, stress test, etc... At the end he said I did not (NOT) have a heart attack. So, curious about the pain,I asked, what was it." In a perfect Henny Youngman yiddish accented retort he responded . "It was something else." [Not his department and he didn't have the slightest interest.] LOL! He did say I had a minor valve issue and in 20 years if it acted up he'd repair it. I said if I were around in 20 years, he could do it.MikeThe Bloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17121638582388746309noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823625636675642409.post-21290128450120243582009-09-22T09:17:53.900-07:002009-09-22T09:17:53.900-07:00Off topic: Earl, I found a funny doctor website t...Off topic: Earl, I found a funny doctor website that mentioned Trees for Israel and I actually got the joke that time because of you.

http://drgrumpyinthehouse.blogspot.com/

Anyway, I hope your heart issues are resolved with great success. And I'm selfish enough that I want to keep reading daily Earl for a long time.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16712992999741864728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823625636675642409.post-86750158083340523652009-09-22T07:50:17.399-07:002009-09-22T07:50:17.399-07:00The hyperlink was masterfully done, and when I saw...The hyperlink was masterfully done, and when I saw it I nearly had to go visit a heart doctor myself! "Earl has created a hyperlink" I announced to myself, in case I hadn't noticed.

A hearty congratulations, good sir.Nathannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823625636675642409.post-59487776538236630772009-09-21T22:08:19.192-07:002009-09-21T22:08:19.192-07:00(The link worked)(The link worked)bbothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16749016348338381812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823625636675642409.post-64421408162426115032009-09-21T20:47:46.502-07:002009-09-21T20:47:46.502-07:00If you have any pictures, or videos, on your compu...If you have any pictures, or videos, on your computer, it's a lot easier to insert them in your blog than doing a hyperlink. Just click the picture button, or the video button, and a box will pop up that let's you browse your computer for the photo or video you want to put in.

The add image button looks like a picture and the add video looks like a tiny filmstrip. Go for it! I know you can do it.

Good luck, by the way, with any and all health issues you may be dealing with. I really like your blog, and hope to be able to read it for a very long time.Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07395686312754791503noreply@blogger.com
